Our Investment Management Advice Service

We offer a full holistic Investment Management Advice service which is typically for clients requiring a high level of initial and ongoing planning.

Your attitude to risk and capacity for loss is determined by your completion of our risk questionnaire, which if consistent, will enable us to consider potential investments in line with your stated objectives.

We will then apply an asset allocation strategy in accordance with your stated risk profile and research the market for a suitable investment portfolio to achieve your objectives.

We revisit this process on an annual basis, at the review, to ensure that our original recommendation still constitutes the best advice.

Reviews

Investment Management is a long-term process and it is important to regularly review your situation to better your chances of achieving a positive outcome.

Annual investment review meetings are conducted to monitor the progress of your pension/investment and track progress against pre-agreed benchmarks. They allow us to react to any changes in your situation and/ or attitude to risk and to determine whether adjustments to your investment portfolio are required

When planning a new investment, the goal is to obtain a decent return. Naturally the higher the risk involved, the greater the return could be, but there is also the greatest chance of poor performance. That’s why its essential to understand your own attitude to risk. Whether you need absolute certainty or you are comfortable with higher levels of risk, we can provide advice on how to allocate your assets to reflect this. Certain investments also carry tax advantages that could suit your needs. We can help you to develop an investment portfolio that reflects your requirements and then monitor and adapt to its performance over time.

As well as planning new investments, you’ll want to ensure your existing investments are performing well. At different stages in life investment priorities often change. For example, greater caution in managing investments may be appropriate approaching retirement age, whilst when investments have a long period to run, greater levels of risk may be quite acceptable. It is important to ensure that your investments reflect your current and future needs. Our investment management advice service, with annual investment reviews, helps to keep you in active control of your portfolio so that you can reach your investment goals.
